Use this form to request a change, reschedule or refund for your booking.
Before submitting, make sure you have your Order ID ready.
- Change / Reschedule: provide your new preferred date and other details.
- Refund: please provide a reason for your request.
- All requests are reviewed by our team and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.
- The Booking and Processing fee of $5 is non-refundable.
Note: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
