You may cancel or modify a booking up to 24 hours before its scheduled start to request a full refund.

Most refund requests are processed within 48 hours, and it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Please note: no refunds can be issued once a booking has commenced.
