Refunds and Change Request

We understand there are times when you need to cancel or make a change to a booking.

You can cancel a booking 24 hours prior to its start date for a full refund.

Most refund requests are processed within 48 hours.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

No refunds are available once a booking has commenced.
