SeaSand Eco Villas is a our laid-back retreat located right on the famous Seven Mile Beach in Negril, Westmoreland.

We offer comfortable, self-contained villas with all the amenities you need for a relaxed Caribbean getaway.

Our property features a selection of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom villas — from the cozy “Other Side” Villa, ideal for couples, to the spacious “Native Son” Villa that comfortably accommodates larger families or groups.

Every villa includes a full kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans, purified water, Wi-Fi and a living/dining area.

One of our unique offerings is that you’ll have your own dedicated cook and housekeeper — included in the villa rate.

That means you get daily meals prepared with fresh local ingredients and enjoy a first-morning complimentary breakfast.

Our private stretch of beach comes with lounge chairs, umbrellas and a gentle swimming area.

For comfort and convenience, we also provide laundry service, purified water throughout, mosquito-screened windows and a standby generator for peace of mind.
