After your treatment, you may sip iced Lemongrass tea on the deck, while listening to the sound of waves against the cliff below, nap in the shade or take a dip in the sea.

Circuit training, personal training, private yoga instruction and other fitness classes are offered throughout the week.

Reservations should be made directly with the Ocean Spa and in advance of your arrival at Jamaica Inn.  

Ocean Spa therapists can also bring the tropical treatments to you at your villa or off-property location. By appointment only.
